If a tool is purchased from us with a free credit bundle deal, upon wanting to leave our network or sell the tool this will need to be repaid.
Unless a satisfactory amount of credit has been added by the user £1500+vat.
Any credits added to the system and not used will be cleared after 12months and the account deleted!
Credits are not transferable.
Accounts are not transferable!
We reserve the right to de activate any account and you will lose any credits added if our terms are violated.

1. Scope of Service
Bct automotive] provides custom engine management software (tuning files) for automotive use. By purchasing or downloading a file, the Client acknowledges that BCT Automotive is providing a digital product based on information provided by the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client (the installer) assumes all responsibility for:
Ensuring the vehicle is in sound mechanical condition before applying any software.
Maintaining a stable power supply (battery stabilizer) during the writing process.
Verifying that the hardware/software tools used for flashing are compatible and genuine.
Performing a full diagnostic scan and backup of the original ECU data before modification.
3. Risk & Liability Disclaimer
Vehicle Modification Risk: Tuning involves modifying the manufacturer’s original parameters. The Client acknowledges that:
Modifying an ECU carries an inherent risk of hardware failure ("bricking").
Bct automotive is not liable for any mechanical failure, engine damage, or electronic malfunction resulting from the use of our files.
We are not responsible for any costs associated with vehicle recovery, downtime, or third-party repairs.
4. Legal Compliance & Emissions
Notice: Many tuning modifications are intended for off-road or track use only. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure the vehicle complies with local environmental and road traffic laws. Bct Automotive does not endorse the use of "delete" software (DPF, EGR, AdBlue, etc.) on public highways where prohibited by law.
5. Warranty & Refunds
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital file delivery, all sales are final once the file has been supplied. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind."
Support: We provide technical support for file-related issues; however, we cannot troubleshoot mechanical faults or hardware connection issues on the Client’s end.
6. Intellectual Property
All tuning files supplied are the intellectual property of Bct Automotive]. Files are licensed for use on a single vehicle (one VIN) only. Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of our software is strictly prohibited.
